Hello Sugar is a mobile cotton candy cart and Airstream cotton candy catering service serving 30A, WaterColor, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and surrounding areas.

Founded by local entrepreneur and mama of four, Alisabeth Shrigley, Hello Sugar was born from a love of community and candy. As the former owner of a local candy store on 30A, she spent years welcoming locals and returning visitors, watching small moments of joy become lasting memories. Hello Sugar continues that tradition with the same care, warmth, and heart.

Today, Hello Sugar pops up at weddings, markets, private parties, and beach celebrations with freshly spun cotton candy in classic and creative flavors (including dye-free options). We’ve recently expanded to serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area, bringing the same magic and sweetness to new communities.
